Q1: Where can I check my points balance?
A: Log in to your iFlight account and enter the Reward Points page, your real-time available points will be displayed at the top.
Q2: When will my points arrive?
A: Registration, newsletter and first order will be credited instantly after verification. Purchase points will be added within 2-3 business days after your order is shipped.
Q3: How long are redeemed coupons valid?
A: All redeemed coupons are valid for 15 days from the redemption date.
Q4: Can I return or exchange physical gifts?
A: All redeemed physical gifts are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not supported unless there is a quality defect.
Q5: Can I transfer my points to another account?
A: Points are bound to your personal account only, not transferable, not exchangeable for cash.
Q6: Will returning an order deduct my points?
A: Yes. Once your return is completed, the points earned from that order will be deducted automatically.
Q7: Do shipping/tax fees earn points?
A: No, Only product pre-tax price counts (excludes shipping, taxes, surcharges).
Q8: Do I need to pay for shipping on redeemed products?
A: In most cases, we provide free air post for redeemed products (with 25-30 days). Large/heavy products may have fees (marked on redemption page). Pay extra $40 for express delivery (5-8 business days).
Q9: Can redeemed products be shipped with products I purchased from iFlight?
A: Yes. Email Sales@iflight.com before your purchased order ships—we’ll combine once redemption is approved.
