FAA REGULATIONS

Numerous government regulations govern drone operations within the national airspace (i.e., outside enclosed structures). In the United States, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) mandates that operators familiarize themselves with the rules regarding small UAVs and adhere to them.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDERSTANDING AND COMPLYING WITH ALL REGULATIONS. The FAA maintains a fact sheet with information about its regulations here: FAA NEWS and FACTS. Before flying we ask that you consult Know Before You Fly, a site created by industry groups in partnership with the FAA to educate users about the responsible operation of UAV/UAS. FPV REGULATORY INFORMATION

Operating this type of product in the USA and many other countries may require a license, and some countries may prohibit its use altogether. In the USA, a "HAM" amateur radio license is necessary, and it is your obligation to ensure that your use of this product aligns with your government's regulations for RF devices. Do not proceed with the purchase if you are uncertain about these requirements or unable to comply.
